As you know I’m a little into doing DIYs and here’s another, very small, one. I ordered a high waist hot pants at H&M, but they had those girlie, glitter, bling bling rhinestones on it. Don’t misunderstand me, I am into bling bling stuff, just look at my handmade phone cases, but hot pants are another thing, especially when you’re heading for one with studs.
After my DIY for a studded clutch some of the studs were still left, so I made the decision to use the left studs to pimp the new hot pants a little bit. For this reason I removed the rhinestones properly and placed the studs on their places instead.
I presented the result one of my lovely friends, Petra, and she had the idea to do another shooting for an outfit post, which turned out as a really good idea, because now spring finally arrived in Austria, the afternoon sun was just perfect for some picutres like the shown ones below.
We truly had fun, shooting this pictures, even if we had some observers around starring at us, we felt comfy with this little „project“ – I’m looking forward to another great afternoon plus photoshooting, Petra!
Ihr wisst ja sicher, dass ich sehr gerne DIYs mache und heute habe ich wieder eines, ein sehr kleines für euch. Ich habe eine High Waist Hot Pants bei H&M bestellt, welche aber diese mädchenhaften, glitzer, bling bling Steine aufgenäht hatte. Versteht mich nicht falsch, ich mag diesen ganzen Glitzerkram, schaut euch nur meine handgefertigten Handycover an, aber Hot Pants sind eine andere Geschichte, vor allem wenn man nach einer mit Nieten sucht.
Nach meinem DIY für eine Clutch mit Nieten sind einige der besagten Nieten über geblieben, also habe ich kurzerhand beschlossen die neue Hot Pants ein wenig aufzuwerten. Aus diesem Grund habe ich die Steine gründlich entfernt und an deren Stelle die Nieten platziert.
Ich habe das Ergebnis meiner lieben Freundin Petra präsentiert und sie hatte die Idee wieder ein Shooting für einen weiteren Outfit Post zu machen, was sich als sehr gute Idee herausgestellt hat, da der Frühling nun endlich Österreich erreicht hat, war die Nachmittagssonne einfach perfekt für ein paar Fotos, wie die unten gezeigten.
Wir hatten wahrhaft Spaß als diese Bilder entstanden sind, selbst als wir ein paar Zuschauer hatten, haben wir uns mit dem kleinen „Projekt“ wohl gefühlt – ich freue mich schon auf einen weiteren großartigen Nachmittag mit Fotoshooting, Petra!
