So I’m wearing really, really short nails now, which is totally unusual for me. I’m still trying to harden my nails, because I have to admit, that they are weak and soft after removing the gel coat.
I’m wearing a gel coat on my nails since I was about 15 I guess, so almost ten years now and this is the very first time I’m seriously trying so live without it.
It’s really hard for me, but the other day I found this stunning nailpolish (white) from Essie – ballet slippers- the other one is called spaghetti strap (pink) and I saw Vicky from Bikinisandpassports using it on Instagram and wanted to try it too. I’m very pleased about the final look of ballet slippers and wanted to share it with you. I had to apply it twice, but that’s ok, because it’s really worth the time and I think this nailpolish will help me to handle this new way to wear my nails.
I will show you the final look of spaghetti strap as soon as I tried it on my own!

Nun trage ich also extrem kurze Nägel, was für mich sehr ungewohnt ist. Ich versuche immer noch sie zu stärken, da ich zugeben muss, dass sie nachdem ich das Gel entfernt habe sehr weich und schwach sind.
Ich trage Gel auf meinen Nägeln seit ich circa 15 war, also seit fast zehn Jahren und das ist das erste Mal, dass ich ernsthaft versuche ohne Gel auszukommen. Es ist sehr schwer für mich, aber letztens habe ich diesen wunderschönen Nagellack (weiß) von Essie – Ballet Slippers – gefunden, der andere heißt Spaghetti Strap (rosa) und ich habe auf ihn auf Instagram entdeckt, als Vicky von Bikinisandpassports ihn verwendet hat, er hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich ihn auch gleich ausprobieren wollte.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem finalen Ergebnis von Ballet Slippers und wollte euch daran teilhaben lassen. Ich musste ihn zwei Mal auftragen, aber das war mir die Zeit wert, denn ich denke wirklich, dass mir dieser Nagellack helfen wird den neuen Weg meine Nägel zu tragen zu „ertragen“.
Ich werde euch den finalen Look von Spaghetti Strap zeigen, sobald ich ihn selbst ausprobiert habe!
